About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting the business through effective employee management.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and issuing contracts, ensuring all new starter documentation is compliant
  • Working closely with payroll to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Drafting letters for changes in terms and conditions
  • Managing and maintaining employee files with precision
  • Handling employee queries with professionalism, whether over the phone or by email
  • Leading new starter calls and conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting the wider HR team with various ad hoc tasks and other exciting projects

About You:

You will bring experience in a fast-paced HR environment, with a solid grasp of the employee life-cycle. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You're a confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
