Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs in a homely environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs in a homely environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities, such as shopping, cinema trips, and socializing
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our company values and policies
