About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks. You will also help individuals participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing, such as gardening, shopping, and social events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and snacks for individuals
- Conduct light household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Support individuals to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
Requirements
