Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic research plan to advance the group's mission and goals
  • Lead a team of scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality research and development projects
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify research opportunities and develop solutions to real-world problems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and academic institutions
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funding and personnel

About You

We are looking for a scientist with a strong background in manufacturing metrology, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, and a proven track record of leading research teams and delivering impactful projects. You should have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field, such as engineering or physics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing metrology or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading research teams and delivering impactful projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
