About the Role:

As a Groups Coordinator at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth execution of group events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage group events, including meetings, conferences, and banquets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement customized event plans to exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
