Key Responsibilities- Manage Corporate Portfolio customers, identifying credit risk and escalating to consider solutions
- Deliver good customer outcomes through effective conversations that seek to understand a customer's circumstances and offer the right sustainable solution for their needs
- Actively manage allocated corporate portfolio accounts, providing day-to-day support to Corporate Portfolio Directors
- Support and engage with Corporate Recoveries to ensure timely escalation of non-performing cases
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to minimising customer effort
- An excellent understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like
- Good working understanding of regulation in relation to arrears management
- An empathetic approach to customers through active listening and effective questioning, coupled with a keen sense of business objectives
- A team player who works collaboratively and flexibly within their own team and the wider operation to achieve business goals
