Key Responsibilities- Provide all care needs, including personal care, to our clients
- Assist clients with medication and equipment as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments and maintain their safety while undertaking personal, social, professional, and voluntary activities
- Maintain areas of clients' homes and vehicles to an acceptable level of cleanliness
- Check stock supplies and maintain adequate stock levels
- Maintain and organize clients' clothing, belongings, and equipment to their wishes while being careful and respectful
- Ensure clients' holistic wellbeing is supported at all times as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent care skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work under your own initiative while maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' wishes and activities.
Working Hours and PayWe offer a competitive hourly rate for this role, with different rates for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. The work pattern is either 2 x 12hr shifts per week for part-time or 4 x 12hr shifts per week for full-time. Shifts patterns will be discussed during the interview.
