Apprentice Educational Support Assistant, Bristol, £97.50 per day, temporary position.


Vision for Education is seeking a dependable and dedicated individual eager to embark on a career in educational support.

We are offering a limited number of opportunities within our National Educational Support Programme.


The Role

As an Apprentice Educational Support Assistant, you will:

  • Receive a complimentary training package approved by relevant authorities
  • Complete essential training in Safeguarding, Child Protection, Behaviour Management, and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Engage in a 5-day PAID placement, Monday to Friday, within an educational institution
  • Exhibit motivation, organization, and dedication
  • Establish positive working relationships swiftly

In partnership with local schools, we proudly introduce our National Educational Support Programme (NESP), aimed at assisting individuals who aspire to begin a career in educational support.


Requirements

To qualify for the Apprentice Educational Support Assistant position, you should:

  • Be committed, motivated, and passionate about working with children
  • Demonstrate reliability, resilience, and teamwork
  • Possess a desire to assist children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Ideally hold a driving license and have access to your own vehicle

All staff we register will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks and must hold, or be prepared to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.


Salary Information

Salary is contingent upon experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements for this position include:

  • Having or being prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
