We are seeking applications for the position of Water Treatment Account Manager.

Our client is a prominent player in the Water Treatment sector with a strong national footprint. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding organization that prioritizes comprehensive training and professional development.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Closed Systems, utilizing onsite testing equipment, alongside a solid technical background in the industry.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within the Water Treatment or Water Hygiene sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of Steam Boiler and Cooling Tower accounts.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of industry standards, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Role:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of water treatment accounts, including major industrial clients.
  • Responsible for both maintaining and expanding existing contracts.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through new business development and successful contract renewals.
  • Conducting Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Closed Systems with onsite testing kits.
  • Participating in client meetings to assess contractual needs and provide expert advice.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations across client contracts, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Providing training to site personnel and supporting new chemists.
  • Compiling detailed service reports.
  • Meeting contractual deadlines and budgetary requirements.
