Job Overview

The Deputy Chief Medical Officer role is a key leadership opportunity that will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical management and culture of our diverse Trust. Main Responsibilities

The post provides a breadth of experience in professional and corporate areas that can lead to further progression and career development. You will agree a balanced medical leadership portfolio that will provide exceptional experience in corporate medical leadership, across a diverse Mental Health and Community Trust, and in the wider system. You will chair Trust-wide groups, such as the Medicines Optimisation Group and Mortality Review Group, and be the corporate lead for Clinical Audit and NICE on behalf of the CMO.
