Enterprise Resilience - Business Continuity Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our Operational Continuity in Resolution requirements, you will be responsible for producing detailed analyses, written documentation, and management presentations for Citi's Resolution Plan submissions to regulators in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain resolution plans, procedures, and playbooks to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to senior business sponsors.
  • Support the testing of resolution capabilities, coordinating with Operations and Technology teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational risk management, business continuity planning, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
