Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Property Inventory Team Leader, you will be responsible for arranging and booking property inspections with tenants, conducting on average 15 inspections per day, and confirming visits prior to attending. You will also be responsible for collecting and returning keys from local offices, conducting inspections, and ensuring that properties meet current legislation and are free from risk. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Property Inventory Clerks and submitting reports to both landlords and tenants.
