Retail Stocktake Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock takes
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their inventory management needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
