Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Aspire Training Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for shaping the curriculum and guiding the learning and development journey of children under your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the under twos room team, providing guidance, support and professional development.
  • Design and execute activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Reinforce positive behavior management strategies.
  • Look after key children and foster relationships with parents.
  • Promote safeguarding and welfare of children.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
  • You must be able to gain a clear DBS.
  • Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
