Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Scientific Project Lead with a strong background in a medical communications environment to guide a scientifically driven project team in producing clear, precise, and innovative deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of multiple projects or programs in alignment with specific project briefs and overarching account priorities. Utilize knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector to meet client requirements effectively. Foster influential relationships with clients through strategic insights. Collaborate with the Programme Director and Client Services Lead to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Evaluate work produced by medical writers for accuracy, narrative coherence, and adherence to project briefs, ensuring consistent quality and strategic insights across projects. Generate clear, precise, and innovative scientific materials.

Essential Competencies:

Demonstrated leadership in scientific project management within a medical communications agency. Strong financial literacy. High levels of motivation, initiative, and drive. Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior team members. Extensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in medical affairs. Broad knowledge across various therapeutic areas.

Qualifications:
