About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Account Administrator to join our team at Jobseekers Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 20+ client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer inquiries and requests.
  • Process new account setups, prepare quotations, and facilitate sales and final dispatch.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, negotiating competitive rates and sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and efficient customer files, maintaining manual data recording and ensuring neat and tidy records.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous administration and customer service experience. You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
