About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Account Administrator to join our team at Jobseekers Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 20+ client accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient administration
  • Process customer enquiries, set up new accounts, and prepare quotations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Resolve customer queries and provide confident advice with attention to detail
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and source materials
  • Prepare accurate and efficient customer files with neat and tidy manual data recording
  • Perform general administration duties as required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous administration and customer service experience. You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
