Lead Brewer Opportunity

Join a globally recognized, award-winning beer company as a Lead Brewer in Scotland. This exciting role offers a unique chance to lead a small brewing team and drive production at one of the company's largest facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day production operations at the Scotland brewery.
  • Oversee the entire brewing process, from raw materials to finished product.
  • Ensure quality control at every stage, maintaining the high standards of the globally recognized brand.
  • Optimize brewing operations for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance and packaging teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Maintain detailed production records and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any brewing issues or production delays.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Support new product development and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a lead brewing or senior production role.
  • Deep knowledge of brewing techniques and processes.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a small team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and control within a brewing environment.
  • Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for brewing and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off.
