Lead the Brewing Team at a Global Beer Brand

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Head Brewer to lead our brewing team at one of our largest facilities in Scotland. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire brewing operation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large, diverse team of brewers and production staff
  • Work closely with other departments to scale production, introduce new products, and uphold the brand's global reputation
  • Develop and implement sustainable brewing practices to reduce waste, energy usage, and water consumption
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices and ensure consistency across production sites worldwide
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of brewing science, production processes, and modern brewing technology
  • Ability to motivate and develop large teams
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate for business as needed
