Lead the Way in Brewing Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Brewer to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a key member of our brewing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end production processes, from raw materials sourcing to final product packaging, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain stringent quality control measures, ensuring all brews meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with senior management to align production goals with overall business strategy, scaling operations as needed to meet growing demand.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on reducing waste, energy usage, and water consumption in brewing processes.
  • Liaise with global counterparts to share best practices and ensure consistency across production sites worldwide.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop large teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of brewing science, production processes, and modern brewing technology.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, regulatory compliance, and health & safety standards.
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate for business as needed.
