About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Leader to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our technology function and working closely with other departments to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technology strategy and direction for the business, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of experienced engineers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, chemists, hardware engineers, and commercial teams, to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in a data or technology-focused field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a solid STEM background.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in cloud computing, with a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business growth.
