Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the agricultural sector. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
    • Address technical queries with expertise and provide relevant solutions.
  • Order Management
    • Arrange and manage new parts orders and deliveries.
    • Produce accurate quotations for customers.
  • Inventory Management
    • Check and maintain stock levels in stores, ensuring availability of required parts.
    • Prepare and manage inspection reports for goods received and dispatched.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
    • Assist in health and safety arrangements within the department.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales order processing systems is an advantage.
