- Oversee Clinical Elements and Risks: Manage all clinical elements and risks on your designated unit, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner, reflecting care interventions appropriately.
- Named Nurse for Residents: Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
- Medication Management: Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication on your unit.
- Nursing Registration: Hold a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Post-Registration Experience: Have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
- Digital Skills: Possess a good standard of digital skills.
- Excellent Supervision and Support: Receive excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
