We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care Services Limited. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Care Team: Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Clinical Elements and Risks: Manage all clinical elements and risks on your designated unit, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner, reflecting care interventions appropriately.
  • Named Nurse for Residents: Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
  • Medication Management: Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication on your unit.
Requirements
  • Nursing Registration: Hold a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-Registration Experience: Have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
  • Digital Skills: Possess a good standard of digital skills.
