About the Role
Brook Street is proud to represent a prominent organization specializing in supported living services. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Service Manager to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve meaningful and independent lives. You will oversee a specific group of supported living environments, ensuring the provision of exceptional, person-centered support.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to team members
- Ensuring adherence to CQC standards and applicable regulations
- Fostering positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other key stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Level 4 Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care (or a Level 3 diploma with a commitment to pursue a Level 4 qualification)
- Experience in services for individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective people management skills
- A dedication to delivering high-quality care
Working Hours and Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring 5 hours per week across 7 days, including weekends and evenings. We offer an enhanced annual leave package and a pension contribution.
