Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager to join our team at Connells. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading our residential sales team in Abingdon and contributing to the success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to ensure the team exceeds performance and targets set.
  • Optimize opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Residential Sales Manager looking to progress.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
