Principal Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to drive innovation in the HTP sector. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of our company's infrastructure.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Design and implement effective engineering solutions in compliance with relevant standards, prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting career growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using relevant civil engineering software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Understanding of HTP sector-specific challenges and solutions, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices.
