About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Director to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping our civil engineering projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and direct teams of civil engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  2. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative civil engineering solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain quality assurance standards for design and construction.
  5. Grow and develop civil engineering capabilities within the practice.
