About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director in Civil Pipeline Engineering to lead and develop high-performing teams, delivering exceptional results in complex infrastructure projects.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, providing expert technical advice, and collaborating with a global network of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Civil Pipeline Engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop winning bids, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
