Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage essential HR administrative functions and daily operations. This role involves supporting the National HR Manager in executing strategic HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
The HR Officer will be responsible for:
- Conducting Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Facilitating the Performance Appraisal cycle.
- Overseeing Training and Development initiatives.
- Managing Industrial Relations and Employee Relations processes.
- Acting as a liaison between the organization and the Union & Bargaining Council.
- Administering Payroll and Employee Benefits.
- Participating in the Employment Equity Committee and assisting with related requirements.
- Supporting BBBEE audit processes as necessary.
This position also involves providing assistance to the Divisional HR Manager and General Site Manager with various tasks pertinent to the operational environment.
Qualifications- Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management - Essential
- Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management - Preferred
