We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome health challenges and achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert health advice and guidance to customers to address health-specific barriers to work.
- Develop and implement personalized health action plans to support customers in achieving their employment goals.
- Deliver a range of health-specific programs and workshops to support customers in managing their health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement standardized training and support materials for non-healthcare trained employees.
- Proven experience in health promotion or public health.
- Experience in supporting individuals with health issues back to work or vocational rehabilitation.
- Ability to work with individuals with physical and mental health difficulties in a customer-facing environment.
- Qualification as a health professional registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), or British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
- Knowledge and experience of the employability sector and local labour market.
- Experience in providing information, advice, and guidance to individuals.
- Full driving license.
