As we navigate new environmental regulations and increased investment, we are seeking a Rural Surveyor to join our Land and Property team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Rural Surveyor at Yorkshire Water, you will play a crucial role in managing one of Yorkshire's largest land holdings. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing rural estates and providing expert advice on property acquisitions and disposals.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Leading maintenance and capital works projects across the estate.
- Conducting farm audit inspections and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Mentoring colleagues in the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- MRICS and CAAV qualifications
- Strong track record in managing rural estates
- Experience in land and property inspections
- Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and timelines
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
- People management experience
- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to land and property
