This position involves a dual role, operating from a central facility and engaging with clients at various locations.


Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd is collaborating with a family-owned manufacturing enterprise that serves a diverse clientele across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, metal processing, and automotive.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking to hire several Mechanical Maintenance Specialists to become integral members of their dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.


The company is committed to providing exceptional service nationwide, ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing enhancements achieved via meticulous planning, engineering, and installation.

Their state-of-the-art facility features CNC machining, metal fabrication, site services, and commercial/industrial heating solutions.


As previously mentioned, this role will primarily be based at the central facility, with frequent travel to client locations.


The key responsibilities of this position encompass the assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repair of a variety of mechanical components for specialized machinery, automated systems, and conveyor mechanisms.

The organization operates across multiple sectors, including Food & Beverage, Metal Processing, Petrochemical, Automotive, and Pharmaceuticals.

The standard working hours for this role are a minimum of 40 hours per week, with core hours as follows:
Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 16:30) and Friday (07:00 to 13:00).

There is a consistent availability of overtime, compensated at time-and-a-half, with an increased rate of double time after midday on Saturdays.

Prior experience in roles such as Mechanical Maintenance Specialist or similar is essential.

  • A robust mechanical aptitude and background are necessary.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel to client sites.
The holiday package includes 31 days off, covering all public holidays. Additionally, a competitive company pension scheme and on-site parking are provided.
