About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administration Assistant to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Good basic education, including English and mathematics.
  • Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent experience.
  • Administrative experience in a complex office environment, preferably within the NHS.
