Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling of work to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with company procedures, standards, and service level agreements.
  • Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets.
  • Effectively manage material costs and ensure that all team members are following correct processes and procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Prior responsive maintenance experience is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of SSSTS qualification is required.
