The Network Manager is a key role within our organization, overseeing a team of Network Engineers and taking charge of the LAN, WAN, and Internet platforms. This individual will ensure the smooth operation of all network services and timely resolution of related incidents.

Job Title: Network Manager

Location: Confidential

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Conduct Network Team meetings and provide project updates
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers and monitor performance
  • Manage network maintenance and uptime
  • Address incidents escalated by the IT Service Desk
  • Delegate tasks within the Network Team

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Network platforms such as Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and HP Procurve
  • Experience with Firewalls like Cisco ASA and Fortinet
  • Knowledge of Wireless Technologies like Aruba
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and project management abilities
  • Leadership and team motivation skills
