Job Summary

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join their team. As a Building Control Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations and maintaining high safety standards across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Inspection - Conduct thorough inspections of building works to ensure they meet current regulations and standards, including the latest BSA 2022.
  • Documentation and Reporting - Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and certifications.
  • Advisory Role - Provide expert advice to clients, contractors, and architects on compliance matters and safety improvements.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with other team members and departments to deliver projects successfully and ensure safety standards are integrated from the design phase to completion.

Requirements

  • BSA 2022 Knowledge - In-depth understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations.
  • Experience - Proven experience as a Building Control Surveyor, Architect or Design Manager preferably within a consultancy environment.
