Pier 7 Foods Import GmbH is seeking an experienced Band 7 Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to cover an ongoing booking until the end of July 2024, with an anticipated extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Lead Directorate Pharmacist in the delivery of directorate responsibilities and duties
  • Provide and maintain a safe and efficient pharmaceutical service to a cohort of patients in accordance with Trust policies
  • Report and analyse medicines expenditure, clinical governance and risk management
  • Support for the lead and less experienced pharmacists in critical care & surgery
Requirements

You will be a Pharmacist that is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and has hospital and ward based clinical experience.

You must currently be living in the UK, have effective communication skills, an excellent attendance record, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Additionally, it is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months previous work experience within an acute healthcare setting and the ability to provide 2 professional references.
