ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior PR Account Executive will oversee the daily operations across various brand reputation accounts.

  • Client Management: You will excel in managing a diverse client base, from well-known brands to innovative startups. Building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and budget holders is essential, as is the ability to identify potential issues proactively. You will establish a commercial rapport with clients, ensuring they recognize the value Boldspace delivers while effectively managing expectations.
  • Account Execution: You will guarantee that client account teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm to produce high-quality results. Clear communication and thorough briefing of team members on delegated tasks are crucial. When collaborating with external partners, you will ensure they understand the scope of work, objectives, budget, and timelines for successful output.
  • Strategic Insight & Creative Solutions: Daily, you will engage in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions for our clients' most pressing challenges. Your goal will be to generate work that garners industry attention, staying informed of current trends and implementing fresh ideas. By leading by example, you will inspire your team to proactively pitch creative concepts to clients.

  • Diverse Sector Experience: You will be working with clients across various sectors from day one, delivering impactful work across trade, national, and international media.
  • Media Relations Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of media strategies and best practices is essential.
