Position Overview: We are seeking a Head of Philanthropy to join our Senior Management Team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our philanthropic and supporter revenue streams in alignment with the Lyric's Strategic Vision. The primary objective of this position is to cultivate relationships and secure funding from individuals, charitable trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the fundraising team in executing comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Engage with potential donors and partners to foster long-term relationships.
- Achieve an annual fundraising target of approximately £750,000.
- Develop innovative approaches to fundraising that leverage upcoming events and productions.
