**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our Fintech and Point Solutions sales team at Featurespace. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue across the geography and helping to deliver success on behalf of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the Fintech and Point Solutions segment, ensuring they build a robust pipeline with a focus on predictable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Manage, train, and coach sales executives and other roles to drive lead generation globally.
  • Work closely with the President of EMEA and APAC to develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Contract and pricing negotiation to ensure the best possible commercial agreements with customers.
  • Build relationships and win commercial opportunities with indirect customers in the region, such as Visa and Mastercard.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is of high standard, current, and relevant to the customer.
  • Lead customer presentations and ensure the quality of all sales presentations carried out by the sales team.
  • Ensure the team completes training and follows company processes, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Run the regional strategy in the commercial team for Fintech and Point Solutions, including annual budget presentations and quarterly Commercial Management Team meetings.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and organization skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Fraud and Risk market.
  • Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business, such as accounts, finance, pre-sales, project management, marketing, and SMEs.
  • Superb relationship-building skills at an executive level and the ability to show value to customers.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
