Lead Technical Consultant for IT Service Management and IT Operations Management

Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Consultant to spearhead IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) initiatives in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ITSM and ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Integrate ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ITSM and ITOM to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Technical Consultant, with a strong emphasis on ITSM and ITOM, especially in Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, spending 2 days per week in the office in London.
