About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Assistant to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our supported housing services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized support and move-on plans for customers
  • Support customers with day-to-day tasks, including tenancy-related matters and financial administration
  • Work with customers to maintain a safe environment, including reporting any repairs or health and safety concerns
  • Deliver a housing management service, including income collection and providing customers with tenancy-related support
  • Contribute to the delivery of a range of group work sessions and promote customer involvement and consultation
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable client groups, preferably in a housing or social care setting
  • Ability to deliver structured support and work with customers to achieve their goals
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Care and Support
