Job Title: Support Assistant

Hourly Rate: £15 - £20

N is a 19-year-old female with a great sense of humour and a big heart. She is Autistic and experiences anxieties and sensory sensitivities, which make everyday tasks challenging. She has low self-confidence and finds it difficult to meet new people and create friendships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support N in developing confidence when accessing the community.
  • Help N to visit the shop, join social groups, use public transport, and explore work/voluntary opportunities.
  • Be patient and understanding, with a genuine interest in supporting others to live their best life.

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting others with Autism.
  • Knowledge of the challenges everyday life can bring.
  • Comfortable around dogs.
