Premier Work Support is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Value Tracking & Continuous Improvement Leader for a prestigious manufacturing client in a prominent location.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy working closely with procurement teams, supply chain leaders, and finance teams to develop robust standardized processes and deliver accurate data to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price and Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate price and cash forecasting models to support business decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses to provide stakeholders with visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, supply chain leaders, and finance teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to support business objectives.
  • Category Management: Work with procurement teams to develop and implement category management strategies to support business objectives.
  • Benchmarking and Value Pipeline: Support external and internal benchmarking activities and develop value pipelines to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Standard Work and Training: Develop and implement standard work processes and training materials to support business objectives.
  • Cost and Cash Governance: Support the development and implementation of cost and cash governance processes to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Personal Attributes:

  • Experience in Direct Materials Procurement: A background in direct materials procurement is highly desirable.
  • Quantitative and Data Analysis Skills: Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills are required to support business decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are required to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Financial Skills: A strong financial skill set is required to support business decision-making and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
