About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Value Stream team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, competitive landscape assessment, and value stream optimization to deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key parameters, competitor moves, and overall value stream.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive value stream optimization, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive top-quartile performance.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our competitive strategy and influence resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial partnerships and deep understanding of customers and consumers.
  • Champion and facilitate the development of connected strategies and frameworks for Personal Care, Family Care, ECM, and Professional segments.
  • Support and conduct value stream analysis, generating insights through collaboration and building global connected data and reports.
  • Enable value stream current state analysis with connected data and analytics to inform step-change performance at the enterprise and segment levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in value stream, operations management, specifically in CPG, B2B industry with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Proven experience in Competitive Strategy and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles, product design, DtV, and international markets required; Consulting experience preferred.
  • ELT and board-level communications (storytelling and structuring) and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful change initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
