About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Value Stream team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, strategic planning, and competitive landscape assessment to identify opportunities for end-to-end value stream optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key parameters, competitor moves, and overall value stream.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive top-quartile performance, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business, including development of business cases and ROI analysis.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management, operations, and strategic planning. You will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, strategic planning, and competitive landscape assessment. You will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, collaborative mindset, deep analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Advanced degree / MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in value stream, operations management – specifically in CPG, B2B industry with proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Proven experience in Competitive Strategy and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles, product design, DtV, and international markets required; Consulting experience preferred.
  • ELT and board level communications (storytelling and structuring) and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful change initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
