About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and passionate leader with previous agency experience to join our London team. As a Senior Head of Department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business and contributing revenue
  • Leading and motivating a team of recruitment professionals
  • Building and managing a network of relevant contacts within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry
  • Maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Providing thought leadership and ensuring understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
  • Autonomously prioritizing workload and mentoring team members
