Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Lamb Personnel Solutions. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Business Support team and safety engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support team and safety engineers
  • Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, managing post and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with finance administration, including expenses, credit control, and supplier invoice processing
  • Book travel arrangements for team members, including trains, flights, and hotels
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as diary management, meeting minutes, and report formatting
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business support environment
