Behaviour Mentor - Unqualified Job Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a dynamic team in a mainstream primary school located in the Borough of Ealing. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside pupils with SEMH and complex behavioural needs, providing guidance and support to help them engage and learn in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with a range of SEN and SEMH needs to stay engaged in the classroom
  • Encourage the development of students' social skills
  • Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate individual needs
  • Support and comply with the school's safeguarding procedures

Candidate Specification:
  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
