Job Title: Secondary Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Specialist to work in a Secondary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) based in London. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small group mentoring for students exhibiting challenging behaviours, supporting them in re-engaging with their education and developing positive behavioural strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored behaviour intervention programs to address individual needs.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and external agencies to provide a holistic support system.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and contribute to their reintegration plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour, preferably in a PRU or similar setting.
  • A proactive approach to managing challenging situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with disengaged students.
